You can always go to Amazon.com and look at the product reviews from real users.  While they may not have the depth of experience that professional reviewers have, they have the advantage of being actual consumers.

There is no minimum order quantity, but we only take orders via EDI.  If you are not currently using EDI as a way to submit orders then it is not possible to buy from Silverhill Tools.  At this time we are only interested in resellers that operate a storefront.  If you are a large, multi-store brick and mortar retailer then please feel free to contact us.

No, we are strictly a manufacturer.  We make tools; thats what we specialize in.  Other people specialize in selling tools, and we leave that market to them.  But we are very interested in stories about our tool usage, and in ideas about how we can improve our tools to make your life easier.  So feel free to contact us about that.

We do actually make our own tools, but sometimes we use available components or parts if it makes the most sense.  We control every aspect of production and testing, so when we say that we want to make our tools better, we really mean it. 

No, we do not take any direct returns from customers.  If you have a problem with a tool, you must return it to the store where you purchased it from and they will send it to us.  If you are having a problem getting a store to accept your return, please let us know.  If you have a special situation, then of course we would like to hear about it, and you should contact us.

We offer a 90 day warranty from date of purchase on all of our tools.  This warranty is extended through our resellers.  Please contact the reseller you purchased your item from for futher details.
